A Hungarian campaign wins two awards in Cannes - Blikk.hu
- Won two bronze medals for the Writers' Shop Open Shelves campaign at the Cannes Lions Festival in the Media and Social categories. More than 35 public figures joined the initiative, and the project was selected among 30,000 entries for the best commercials.
Wavemaker, Umbrella and Sans Cliché contributed to its realization. Two bronze lions have won the prestigious Cannes Lions Festival for the "Open Shelves" advertising campaign. The initiative, launched to promote the Writers' Shop and reading, was awarded by a professional jury in the Media and Social categories. More than 35 well-known public figures, writers, poets, musicians, actors, directors, journalists and gastronomic experts have been given a glimpse into their bookshelves with their favorite works, including Zsófi Mautner, Roland Wolfie Farkas from Punnany Massif, János Fámi and Miklós Vámos if we went to a party with them. The collections and literary works presented in this way were viewed by fans at www.nitottpolcok.hu, and the items in the literary jewelery box could be purchased online, helping to reach a wider readership.
“It is a tremendous recognition that the campaign was awarded by the jury at the biggest professional festival where it competed with the works of the most serious international creative agencies. The project was shortlisted in 4 categories out of a total of 30,000 entries, and 2 were lucky enough to be rewarded, ”said Martin Jedlicska, Creative Director of Wavemaker.
