Cannes Lions launches the 2020 Festival and announces some changes
The 67th Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity will be held from Monday 22 to Friday 26 June 2020. The dates were announced yesterday along with the contents of the Agenda and the launch of the new & nbsp; Creative Business Transformation Lions.
After analyzing the feedback from over 1,500 customers and conducting one hundred interviews with Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Creative Officer, brand leader, strategist and CEO, eight themes resulted: "Creativity is the Business Growth Engine", "Creative Disruption in Commerce" , "Post-Purpose: Brand Accountability and Activism", "Your Brand is my Experience", "Looking to 2030: Making your Business Future-fit", "Applied Creativity: When Data, Tech and Ideas Collide", "Storytelling at Scale "," Let's Get Back to Brand ".
The novelty of 2020 will then be the Creative Business Transformation Lions: while companies invest in new ways of working to ensure the future of their activities, this Lion celebrates the creativity that drives business forward, and the creative thinking that changes like businesses are organized.
The Festival also refreshed PR Lions for 2020 to make sure the award represents the industry's state of the art. All category updates will be available on the Cannes Lions website in November. Registration will open on January 16. & nbsp;
