On 12-15 March in Cannes, France, the next 30 edition of the most prestigious real estate fair in Europe - MIPIM 2019 took place. The capital city of Warsaw could not be missing there.

There was also the premiere of the report on investment potential and the situation on the real estate market in the capital - "Warsaw your place to invest". Nine agencies worked on the development together with the capital city of Warsaw: & nbsp; BNP Paribas, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & amp ;, Wakefield, JLL, Knight Frank, Randstad, Reas and Savills. This year's city offer at MIPIM is 5 investment plots. In Bemowo at ul. Powstańców Śląskich (2646 m², 2922 m², 2646 m²), the city offers residential and commercial areas. Plots are designated for multi-family residential development: at ul. Cieszyńska in Mokotów - 3803 m² (additionally with an indication of the office) and 3539 m² and a plot at ul. Dobra 36/38 (approx. 2453 m²). Warsaw also offers a multifunctional real estate in the very center (ul. Mariańska 5 - 1027 m²) and an area at ul. Grzybowska 92 in Wola (1200 m²) for office and service as well as housing and service development.

During the fair at the Warsaw stand, you could also read the "Revitalisation - Brave New Warsaw" report. It applies to the revitalization activities of the city in Prague-North and & nbsp; Prague-South and with the ABSL report 'Modern business services sector in Warsaw 2018'. This year's edition of MIPIM was 30th in the history of Cannes, while the Capital City of Warsaw has already participated in the event for the 21st time. This year, as many as thirteen partners presented their offers with the city: BBI Development, CMT Sp. z o.o., Ghelamco, Golub Gethouse, HB Reavis, Immobel Poland, Liebrecht & amp; wooD Poland, Mayland Real Estate, Modlin Sp. z o.o., OKAM Capital, Skanska Property Poland, Unibail Rodamco Westfield and Vastint.

The first partner of CMT Sp. z o.o. is closely associated with Generation Park. It is a complex of modern office buildings that are being built in the heart of Warsaw. The buildings offer 84,000 m². The partner carries out investor supervision over the entire process, from the current state of inventory, through demolition of existing structures, to supervision over the construction of a new building.

Ghalemco is another partner. This is a leading developer operating on the Polish commercial real estate market. He became famous, among others, for the construction of the legendary skyscraper - Warsaw Spire. To this day, the building is the tallest office building in Poland. It is a symbol of dynamically developing Warsaw. Ghalemco is also the only investor in the country that has as many as four skyscrapers under construction: Warsaw UNIT and three skyscrapers as part of The Warsaw HUB complex.

Golub Gethouse was the third partner of the fair & nbsp; The company is implementing the Mennica Legacy Tower office complex, which is being built at the intersection of Prosta and Żelazna Streets in Warsaw.
